طبيعة خدماتنا
ESA وكالة استشارية تساعد الطلبة المغاربة على التقديم للجامعات في الخارج، وتقديم الدعم في إعداد ملفات القبول والتأشيرة والسكن. نحن لسنا جهة حكومية، ولا نملك سلطة إصدار التأشيرات أو قرارات القبول الجامعي، وهذه القرارات تعود حصرياً للجامعات والسلطات القنصلية المختصة.
التزامات الطالب
- تقديم معلومات ووثائق صحيحة وكاملة عند التسجيل والتقديم
- احترام المواعيد والإجراءات المطلوبة من طرف الوكالة والجامعة
- الالتزام بأداء الرسوم المتفق عليها في الآجال المحددة
التزامات الوكالة
- بذل أقصى جهد مهني لمرافقتك في جميع مراحل التسجيل والقبول والتأشيرة
- تقديم معلومات واضحة وشفافة حول الجامعات والتكاليف والإجراءات
- متابعة ملفك والرد على استفساراتك خلال آجال معقولة
الرسوم والدفع
تختلف رسوم الخدمة حسب الوجهة والجامعة ونوع المرافقة المطلوبة، ويتم الاتفاق عليها بشكل واضح مع الطالب قبل بدء أي إجراء. لا يتم الشروع في أي خطوة فعلية إلا بعد موافقة الطرفين على الشروط المالية.
الإلغاء والاسترجاع
تُحدَّد شروط الإلغاء والاسترجاع بدقة عند توقيع الاتفاق مع الطالب. بشكل عام، لا تُسترجع المبالغ المتعلقة بخدمات تم إنجازها فعلياً (كتجهيز الملف أو التقديم للجامعة).
حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل ESA مسؤولية القرار النهائي الصادر عن الجامعات أو السفارات/القنصليات، حيث تعود هذه القرارات لجهات مستقلة خارج سيطرة الوكالة. نلتزم فقط بتقديم أفضل مرافقة ممكنة لزيادة فرص نجاح ملفك.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات هذا الموقع (النصوص، الشعار، التصميم) مملوكة لـ Excellence Agency، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.
القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقانون المغربي المعمول به.

Nature de nos services
ESA est une agence de conseil qui aide les étudiants marocains à candidater dans des universités à l'étranger, en les accompagnant dans la préparation de leur dossier d'admission, de visa et de logement. Nous ne sommes pas un organisme gouvernemental et ne détenons aucun pouvoir de délivrance de visa ou de décision d'admission universitaire : ces décisions relèvent exclusivement des universités et des autorités consulaires compétentes.
Obligations de l'étudiant
- Fournir des informations et documents exacts et complets lors de l'inscription et de la candidature
- Respecter les délais et démarches requis par l'agence et l'université
- S'acquitter des frais convenus dans les délais fixés
Obligations de l'agence
- Fournir tous les efforts professionnels pour vous accompagner à chaque étape (inscription, admission, visa)
- Communiquer des informations claires et transparentes sur les universités, coûts et démarches
- Assurer le suivi de votre dossier et répondre à vos questions dans des délais raisonnables
Frais et paiement
Les frais de service varient selon la destination, l'université et le type d'accompagnement requis, et sont clairement convenus avec l'étudiant avant toute démarche. Aucune procédure effective ne débute avant l'accord des deux parties sur les conditions financières.
Annulation et remboursement
Les conditions d'annulation et de remboursement sont précisées lors de la signature de l'accord avec l'étudiant. En règle générale, les montants relatifs à des services déjà réalisés (préparation du dossier, candidature à l'université) ne sont pas remboursables.
Limitation de responsabilité
ESA n'est pas responsable de la décision finale des universités ou des ambassades/consulats, ces décisions relevant d'organismes indépendants hors du contrôle de l'agence. Nous nous engageons uniquement à fournir le meilleur accompagnement possible pour maximiser les chances de succès de votre dossier.
Propriété intellectuelle
L'ensemble du contenu de ce site (textes, logo, design) appartient à Excellence Agency et ne peut être copié ou utilisé sans autorisation préalable.
Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions générales sont soumises au droit marocain en vigueur.

Student Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents when registering and applying
- Respect the deadlines and procedures required by the agency and the university
- Pay the agreed fees within the specified timeframes
Agency Obligations
- Make every professional effort to support you through registration, admission, and visa stages
- Provide clear and transparent information about universities, costs, and procedures
- Follow up on your file and respond to your inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
Fees and Payment
Service fees vary depending on the destination, university, and type of support required, and are clearly agreed upon with the student before any procedure begins. No actual process starts until both parties agree on the financial terms.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are specified when the agreement with the student is signed. In general, amounts related to services already performed (file preparation, university application) are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
ESA is not responsible for the final decision made by universities or embassies/consulates, as these decisions belong to independent bodies outside the agency's control. We commit only to providing the best possible support to maximize your file's chances of success.
